Refund policy

We take pride in the quality and fun of Munacello. We want every player to be completely satisfied with their experience. That’s why we offer a 60-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 60 days of receiving your order. We’ll even cover the return shipping cost.

To qualify for a return:

• The game must be in its original condition, with all components intact.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges:

If you received a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us immediately. We will promptly ship a replacement at no cost to you.

We trust our community to be honest, and while we’re happy to accommodate genuine returns, we do not tolerate fraudulent claims or attempts to take advantage of this policy. Any instances of abuse may result in a refusal of future returns or exchanges.
