Shipping policy

We aim to get your games to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Here’s what you can expect when placing an order with us:

Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on the shipping method selected.

Local Pickup:

• If you prefer local pickup in the San Francisco Bay Area, Toronto, or Hershey Pennsylvania, we’ll arrange a time and location via email after you place your order. If we’re unable to come to an agreement on pickup details, we’ll either refund your order or ship it to you at the standard shipping rates as described above.

International Shipping:

• At this time, we only ship within the U.S. and Canada, but we’re working hard to expand to other countries soon! Stay tuned for updates.
